Use the Edit Appointment Screen When Making Appointments

This option controls whether users can assign supporting files to appointments—e.g., procedures, authorizations,  instructions, comments, appointment color—in the workflow of scheduling the appointment. Users with the appropriate rights can always edit a scheduled appointment to associate the appropriate files or data. This option simply ensures that the Edit Appointment screen will appear as appointments are scheduled. See Domain Options for configuring this feature in products that use domains.
