This option is part of the configuration for a metric that monitors the amount of therapy a patient receives in an IRF (inpatient rehabilitation facility). The measure is used as part of the compliance statistic that appears at the base of any patient column or any pinned patient column as

Medicare has established a basic 3-hour (180 minutes) requirement as the standard that needs to be met in order for a facility to be reimbursed for their care.

Configure this as necessary in Data Maintenance > System and Security > System Settings to meet the needs of your organization.
