Reschedule from the Appointments Tab

To reschedule an appointment directly from the Appointments tab

  1. Navigate to the patient demographic screens, and select the appropriate patient.
  2. Click the Appointments tab.
  3. Use the filtering and grouping option to locate the appropriate appointment.
  4. Click the Reschedule link in the appointment line item. The Reschedule Appointment screen will appear.
  5. Complete the reschedule criteria according to the instruction found at the link provided.
NOTE – The steps provided here outline how to reschedule patients. Complete identical steps to reschedule groups, simply substituting the group information.

Group Reschedule

  1. Navigate to the group demographic screens, and select the appropriate group.
  2. Click the Appointments tab.
  3. Complete steps 3–5 from above.
