Reschedule from the Appointments Tab
To reschedule an appointment directly from the Appointments tab
- Navigate to the patient demographic screens, and select the appropriate patient.
- Click the Appointments tab.
- Use the filtering and grouping option to locate the appropriate appointment.
- Click the Reschedule link in the appointment line item. The Reschedule Appointment screen will appear.
- Complete the reschedule criteria according to the instruction found at the link provided.
NOTE – The steps provided here outline how to reschedule patients. Complete identical steps to reschedule groups, simply
substituting the group information.
Group Reschedule
- Navigate to the group demographic screens, and select the appropriate group.
- Click the Appointments tab.
- Complete steps 3–5 from above.
