Logging into the Mobile Client

The mobile client enables users to be configured to receive their schedule via a Smartphone or other mobile device. Using the client, users can view and, to a limited degree, manage their schedules. See Mobile Client in the Edit Users screen.

To log into the Mobile Client:

  1. Navigate to https://app.webappts.net/SpectraMobile/
  2. User Name: Enter the user name provided by your system administrator followed by the @ (at sign) and your clinic ID: e.g., johndoe@ACMETherapy. If you prefer, the Alternate User Name can be used to log in.
  3. Password: Enter your password.
  4. Click Login.
NOTE – The Mobile Client is an add-on component. If the organization has not elected to purchase it, users cannot be configured to use the feature.
